Hello! My name is Clara Oliva.
I'm a former physical therapist who is transitioning to UX/UI through Springboard. I've always had a fascination with art, graphic design, and psychology- and am excited to use these skills and interests in this new chapter of my life.

I grew up in Dallas where I earned my bachelors in biology with a double minor in chemistry and social sciences. From there, I decided to pursue healthcare and earned my doctorate in physical therapy. Despite these degrees not being directly tied to UX/UI- I've learned plenty of transferrable skills such as effective communication, critical thinking, and having empathy. All of which are central skills to have when it comes to researching and designing solutions.
